GALLERY HOST / FRONT OFFICE
Are you ready for your story at a different place?
You will be responsible for the guest experience in the Gallery of the hotelYour duties will include the arrival and departure processes, providing information to our guests, as well as some Food & Beverage services like serving drinksYou will answer phone calls and e-mails both internal as externalYou will assist the guests with all their enquiries (shuttle reservations, complaints, touristic information etc.)
Job Requirements
Who are you?
You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as wellYou have experience in providing serviceYou are familiar with preferably Micros and OPERAIt is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/night) and weekendsYou thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotelYou are eager to learn and growYou are ready for a new challenge
