Adecco is in-house at the world's largest sports company. Their European HQ is based in Hilversum (Amsterdam/Utrecht area). You are responsible for blurring the lines between on & offline to ensure consistent, smooth, and memorable member experiences in store. Socialize and explain the Memberships program philosophy and strategy to all key -stakeholders. Drive an integrated marketing approach and ensure members have a consistent experience with the brand, regardless of channel. Collaborating with the core membership team to help bring membership plans to life in store. Inclusive of, but not limited to several services including but not limited to: Next Day and Same Day Delivery, Click and Collect, Trial Zone / Bra Fitting experience, Nike Assist and Member exclusive shopping hours.

Skills needed for this role range from passion for the brand, to writing and speaking English fluently. Do you possess a consumer first mindset and are you looking to develop service and experience? Then please keep reading. You will be responsible for driving value and frictionless experiences for our members. You are very knowledgeable in retail and preferably have some experience in a store environment. Hence, you understand how stores work and retail KPIs, stakes, work streams, roles and responsibilities are no strange concepts for you.This is the digital age, so we expect you to have a strong interest for consumer connection via digital platforms and tools as well as some digital savviness. You will supplement this with interest and knowledge about the brand, our portfolio of stores, .com apps and connect. A list of your personal qualities will include being able to rally behind a project or a strategy, ability to lead projects individually and bringing people together.You are result oriented and have a data driven approach with an obsession for details.Is this still you?
